Every North Whitehall Township resident must register for a permit sticker if they would like to utilize the Township Yard Waste Center. You may register up to two vehicles per household. If you register for your permit online, your sticker will be mailed out within ten business days after being processed. The permit sticker needs to be adhered to the driver's side windshield of the car you are entering the facility with. When placing your sticker on your windshield, clean the area and let it dry before applying. Stickers should be displayed at the lower left of your vehicle’s windshield.
If you have a blue window sticker a previous year, it is still valid. If you do not have a window sticker, click here to fill out the Yard Waste Permit Online Application and receive your stickers in the mail.

FREE MULCH!
Free mulch is available to all residents at the yard waste site during regular operating hours, provided supplies are in stock. While availability depends on current inventory, we almost always have plenty on hand and ready to go. Please keep in mind that this is a self-loading program, so you will need to bring your own shovels, containers, and pitchforks to load the mulch into your vehicle or trailer. Upon your arrival, please check in with the yard waste attendant before you begin loading so they can guide you to the right location and assist with any questions.
