The Planning Commission is an advisory board appointed to guide the physical growth, land development, and long-term vision of our municipality. Working closely with residents, developers, and local officials, the Commission reviews subdivision plans, commercial land developments, and zoning amendment requests to ensure all proposals align with our Comprehensive Plan and local ordinances. By balancing smart community development with environmental preservation, public safety, and infrastructure needs, the Planning Commission helps shape a vibrant, well-structured, and sustainable community for current and future generations.
