14. Recreational Vehicle, Storage. of One or Two. A maximum of two uninhabited recreational
vehicles in transportable condition may be stored on a lot outside of an enclosed building
within the following limitations:
a. A recreational vehicle longer than 25 feet shall not be stored for more than three days
in any seven-day period within a required front yard setback. Storage for greater than
three days shall utilize the backyard area only.
b. A recreational vehicle stored on the lot of a single family detached house other than
within an approved mobile home park shall be setback a minimum of five feet from
the lot line of an abutting single family detached house.
c. Any recreational vehicle that is required to be registered or licensed under State law
to be operated and is not registered or licensed shall be kept out of view from any
public street or existing dwelling (other than that of the owner).
d. A recreational vehicle shall not be used as a permanent dwelling unit.
e. A recreational vehicle shall not be parked within 10 feet inside from the curb of a
public street or within 10 feet from the cartway of an uncurbed public street, or
beyond the clear sight triangle, whichever is most restrictive.
f. The recreational vehicle provisions of this subsection shall not apply within a
manufactured/mobile home park.
