- Alcohol and illegal drugs are prohibited.
- Amplified audio equipment will require a special permit.
- Rental fees include your clean up of area of pavilion and picnic tables. Please make sure picnic tables are in the same location that they were, prior to your event.
- Phone reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The reservation form and payment must be received within 15 business days after the phone reservation and no less than 5 days prior to event.
- The pavilion must be vacated by 9:00 PM.
- Rental does not guarantee access to the soccer and baseball fields. All prior permitted games take precedence.
- Vehicles must be kept on designated paved areas. All vehicles are prohibited from parking or driving on the grass or the fitness track.
- No golf is permitted in any area of the park.
- Parents are responsible for children’s behavior.
- No campfires.
- Charcoal only permitted in grills.
- Lights are on an automatic timer.
- Beginning January 1st of each year, reservations for the pavilion will be taken for the current year.
- Full refund of payment for pavilion if cancellation notice is given within 5 business days of scheduled event.
- NO refunds if cancellation is due to inclement weather.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the park may be closed by one of the Township officials without prior notice. If possible and time allows, you will be notified.
