The Township will hold its Annual Clean-up Event on Friday, April 27th from 10 AM until 2 PM and Saturday, April 28th from 8 - 11:30 AM. The drop-off sites will be located behind the Schnecksville Fire Company. This program is for North Whitehall Township residents only. You MUST provide proof of residency, all vehicles will be checked, so please have a driver's license or voter's registration card ready upon entering the property. The following items are examples of what will be accepted: ▪ Scrap Metal - refrigerators, washers, dryers, freezers, hot water heaters, etc. Freon must be removed from refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers, and air conditioners - if your item does not have a certificate of Freon removal tag, you will be charged a $15.00 service charge for Freon removal on each item. NO EXCEPTIONS. ▪ Unusable Large Items - junk furniture, box springs, mattresses, TVs, vacuum cleaners, etc. ▪ Usable Furniture/Appliances - in good to

Usable furniture will be collected by a local non-profit agency for reuse. ▪ Usable Clothing - all items must be in good condition, also includes bed and bath linens, and draperies. These items will be collected by a local non-profit agency for reuse. ▪ Books, Bicycles, Toys, Carpeting, etc. ▪ Scrap Lumber, Bricks, Concrete, Siding, etc. ▪ Tires - limited to auto/pick-up truck tires and 4 per household. Each additional auto/pick-up truck tire is charged $1.00. Tires on rims are $3.00 per tire. No oversized tires or racing slicks. ▪ Household hazardous waste, railroad ties, or pressure treated lumber will not be accepted. ▪ Please limit your trips to a maximum of 3 trips per vehicle. Whenever possible, please have your items grouped together for easier unloading. Drivers are asked to help unload their vehicles and trailers, if physically able to do so. Gate will close promptly at 2 PM on Friday and 11:30 AM on Saturday.
