The newest park in the Township's park system has completed its final phase. The playground equipment of Laury's Station Fire House Park has been installed, the grassy area has been seeded and mulch has been distributed. Last summer the ball fields, walking trail and athletic areas were completed.
     The playground's fire and emergency services theme reflects its location to the Laury's Station Volunteer Fire Company next door.
     The park is a wonderful addition to our park system and affords the residents in the northeast end of the Township and all Township residents a beautiful recreation area.
     The Township Parks Department appreciates the contribution of the flowers by the Laury's Station Vol. Fire Company, to help beautify the park's entrance. A special thank you to Charlie Wechsler for planting and maintaining the flowers around the park's sign. For more pictures, turn to page 7.
