End Product: The yard waste, grass, and leaves are transported to the Lehigh County Compost Facility and are processed into mulch and compost, which are made available at their Retail Sales Yard on Old Packhouse Road, Schnecksville (past the Schnecksville Fire Co.). Open Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm (closed from 12:00-1:00pm for lunch). If you need additional information, please call the Lehigh County Compost Facility at

Warning: There have been a few incidents of dumping of non-recyclable materials in the yard waste recycling bins. If this abuse continues to occur, it may be necessary to limit access to the recycling area. The recycling bays are for the convenience of Township Residents and are only for designated items.
